We get involved in identifying our client's problems after properly analyzing their business process. We help our clients, penetrate the key hurdles and bottleneck in their current business process.
It is our solution architect team then who further drills down the business requirement with technical approach and generates a detailed technical description to best resolve the problem. The SA team hands out the technical description to the development team who is responsible to convert the architecture into a pool of neatly written codes.
When the development team wraps up their job, our quality assurance team comes into the scene. Although this team is engaged right from the project inception phase, QA is now more in charge than ever; to dig out more and more bugs (in any form !) to give the development team a habit of scratching their heads every now and then.
